Y軸采用四條重載強(qiáng)力線軌，八滑座設(shè)計(jì)。四條線軌的機(jī)體接觸面與絲桿軸承座的接觸面，通過高精度數(shù)控導(dǎo)軌磨床一次精加工定位成型，并且安裝時(shí)通過激光自準(zhǔn)儀器的不斷的校準(zhǔn)。解決與克服了多條線軌安裝時(shí)產(chǎn)生的精度不高與故障率較高的問題。
獨(dú)創(chuàng)的三維變徑設(shè)計(jì)，有效解決分散機(jī)體內(nèi)應(yīng)力。防止機(jī)體變形。
The compound worktable design reduces the impact of fixing bolts on the linear guide slide for the worktable's accuracy. It also maximizes the rigidity of the worktable.
The Y-axis features four heavy-duty roller linear guides with an eight-slide design. The contact surfaces of the four linear guides and the screw bearing seat are precision machined and shaped in a single process using a high-precision CNC guide rail grinding machine, ensuring proper alignment. During installation, continuous calibration is performed with a laser auto-nivelling instrument. This process addresses and overcomes issues related to high precision and fault rates caused by multiple linear guides during installation.
The innovative three-dimensional tapering design effectively resolves internal stress within the body, preventing deformation of the machine structure.
