龍門工作臺(tái)采用“蜂箱式”設(shè)計(jì)，提高了工作臺(tái)厚度，增加了工作臺(tái)剛性，使之承載更大更穩(wěn)。

龍門滑座為45°階梯斜軌設(shè)計(jì)，承載與導(dǎo)向的直線導(dǎo)軌不對稱排列使其分工各有不同，最大程度減少Z軸重量對龍門橫梁的影響，又調(diào)高了整個(gè)Y軸的精度。

龍門滾珠絲杠為外循環(huán)插管式，螺母為加長型設(shè)計(jì)，有效防止絲桿過長造成的下垂問題。滾柱絲桿兩端采用預(yù)配鎖緊螺母結(jié)構(gòu)，有效的防止了鎖緊螺母的松動(dòng)。

The gantry workbench adopts a "honeycomb" design, increasing the thickness of the workbench and enhancing its rigidity, allowing it to bear greater loads with improved stability.

The gantry slide features a 45° stepped inclined track design. The asymmetric arrangement of the load-bearing and linear guide rails ensures a dedicated function for each, minimizing the impact of the Z-axis weight on the gantry beam and improving the overall accuracy of the Y-axis.

The gantry ball screw is an external circulating insert pipe type, with the nut designed to be extended, effectively preventing the sagging problem caused by an excessively long screw. The ends of the roller screw are equipped with pre-assembled lock nuts, which effectively prevent the lock nuts from loosening.
