Symmetrical double-column structure: Utilizes a double-column gantry layout, with the crossbeam forming a closed-loop frame with the side columns. The rigidity against bending and torsion is enhanced through box-type rib plates or Mihana cast iron casting processes.
Suitable for light cutting: Fine machining of road alloys/copper/precast steel (HRC ≤ 40). For hard alloys, cutting depth/feed rate should be reduced. Ideal for small molds, medical applications, small impellers, and turbines.
