采用臺(tái)灣高精度高強(qiáng)度滾珠絲杠、日本NSK軸承與高精密進(jìn)口鎖緊螺母，確保傳動(dòng)精度。此外，機(jī)床主要結(jié)構(gòu)鑄件均由高級(jí)樹(shù)脂砂鑄鐵制成，經(jīng)回火消除內(nèi)應(yīng)力，防止變形，為高精度加工提供穩(wěn)定基礎(chǔ)。

具有X、Y、Z三個(gè)直線(xiàn)軸和A、C兩個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸，可實(shí)現(xiàn)五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)加工。能在一次裝夾中完成復(fù)雜形狀零件的多個(gè)面加工或少裝夾次數(shù)，提高加工效率和精度，適合加工具有傾斜面、曲面等復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)的零件。

Additionally, the main structural castings of the machine tool are made from high-quality resin sand cast iron, which have been tempered to eliminate internal stresses and prevent deformation, providing a stable foundation for high-precision machining.

The machine features three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and two rotational axes (A, C), enabling five-axis linkage processing. It can complete multi-surface machining of complex-shaped parts in a single clamping or with minimal re-clamping, thereby improving processing efficiency and accuracy. It is suitable for machining parts with inclined surfaces, curved surfaces, and other complex structures.
